I don’t know about the T4 levels. I’m on T3 level, which was the reason I changed diet. Now I’m on M3 level. I do take a vitamin D supplementation now, but it’s not as effective as the one I took before. I do also take some multivitamins and a low dose of a high-dose vitamin for me.

I used to be in the process of getting off statin drugs. I’m on an oral combination of niacinamide and Lomotil twice a day. That’s what I’m currently taking. I believe I took a 50mg dose. What happens when I take it, not sure.
