• Cost: 7 one-hour classes for $50.00 (payable in advance)
• Session: starting Wednesday,  April 5, 2023 and ending on May 24, 2023. 6 PM – 7PM

• What should I bring: Yoga mat, two Yoga blocks, (all available on Amazon, Walmart, etc.) water bottle (optional), wear loose clothing.
