The VFW Post 7272

Yoga is proven to be good for the mind and body. Try something with benefits for your mental and physical health. The longer you wait, the stiffer you’ll get. Yoga at the VFW has been going on since late 2021…more than 195 yogis have taken the practice and thousands of dollars have gone to benefit local veterans.

Our classes are wicked cheap, and we donate proceeds to the VFW post in Bellingham. Since September 2021, the yoga program has raised almost $6,000 for the Post. A heart-felt THANKS to all who have participated!

Each session is a one-hour class, suitable for all experience levels – from those who have never tried yoga before to experienced yogis. You can pay at the door or in advance online.
