VFW Post 7272’s Hall can be booked for private functions and events, including birthdays, retirement parties, graduation parties, holiday parties, sports banquets, collations, fundraisers, family reunions, engagement parties, baby showers, bridal showers, Boy Scouts or Girl Scouts’ ceremonies, auctions, and more!

Pricing
Rental fee is $350 +plus a $100 refundable cleaning deposit
Fee includes a bartender for the back bar
Discounts are available for active members, military/veterans/public safety officials, collations, nonprofits and charity events. Please ask the bartender at Post 7272 for information about specific pricing for your event.
How to Book
Visit us at Post 7272 and the bartender can check date availability for you. You are welcome to tour the hall. If you want to reserve, you must sign a contract and pay the rental fee and cleaning deposit.
Bookings are on a first come, first served basis. No booking will be held until rental fee and cleaning deposit is paid.

The maximum capacity of the hall is 96 people. It is typically set up to seat 54.

The Hall is usually set up with 9 tables with six chairs for seating 54 people
We have additional chairs and round tables and rectangular tables for seating or other needs (food buffet, dessert/coffee serving, gift table, etc.).

Set up time does not count towards the 5 hour rental. We will try to accommodate you in getting in early to set up for your event. This will depend on the availability of the staff and the size of your event, but normally can be accommodated.

You are allowed to decorate the hall, with some limitations:
Please do not remove any Post items from the walls
No taping, nailing or tacking items to the walls. Please use command strips for any decorations
Confetti of any kind and glitter is strictly prohibited
No open flames

No, we do not have any catering requirements or partnerships.

You are welcome to bring your own food but no outside beverages (alcoholic or otherwise) are permitted. All beverages must be purchased at the Post.
*Exception is that you may bring your own coffee/tea.

If you’d like a specific beverage for your event that we don’t normally carry, we will make every effort to stock the bar with what is requested. Please give us ample notice as we will need time to work with our distributor.

All events must have a bartender, but that is included as part of your rental fee.
Please be aware, underage drinking of alcoholic beverages will not be tolerated. -
For standard events, the back bar in the Hall is staffed. For larger events, the front bar can be used in necessary.

You must leave the hall in the same condition you found it - cleaned and with tables in their original locations. Failure to do so, will result in the $100 cleaning deposit being forfeited.

There are trash barrels for smaller items. If necessary, the dumpster in the rear of the Post is available for use.

Smoking is not allowed in the function room nor anywhere else in the building. There is a sheltered outside smoking area.
